1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Products marked as non-returnable or clearance sale items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@induvra.com
  2. Mention your Order ID
  3. Provide clear images of the product and packaging
  4. State the reason for return

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for the return process.

Do not send products back without approval, as they may not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

5. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the product (subject to availability)
    or
  • Full refund

The decision will depend on stock availability and the nature of the issue.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
  • If applicable, return shipping instructions will be shared after approval.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
